A BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) Appears While Using Webex Meetings HP Laptop

 

A BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) appears while using Webex Meetings.

A BSoD appears, and Windows become completely unresponsive while using Webex Meetings.

Cause:
A BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) may occur due to malfunctioning device driver or hardware, incompatible DLLs or bugs in the operating system kernel could also cause BSoDs.

A BSoD may appear when you start your webcam video in a meeting, or connect to audio using VoIP

Solution:

This is pretty simple, Preloaded windows on an HP laptop you will find the "HP Velocity" software. Kindly 

uninstall this software and your problem will be fixed. 

Also uninstall Cisco WebEx desktop app and post system restart install the latest one.

Hope this solution will fix your issue and you don't need to reinstall windows.........

Note : HP also recommend that this should be uninstalled, don't know why they install this software.
